Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I need your legal advice regarding my grievance against ACT Fibernet Limited. I am using Act broadband since past 5-6 months now and since then I had faced several issues with their service and upon complaining, issue is never resolved at once. I need to keep following up with them.
Recently, around 6 days ago, ie. on Friday 26th May, there was a heavy rainfall in Bangalore due to which my internet services got disrupted. I had lodged several complains since then with Act Fibernet but they just don't respond and nor are they doing anything to rectify my issue.
I even contacted their nodal and appellate authority but no response from them as well. Tried contacting the area manager too, but he keeps disconnecting my call and he even blocked my number so I can't reach him. The customer care team has also turned their back on us and never answers the call.
I am currently using Act Blaze plan which offers 100 Gb FUP @ 60 Mbps speed @ Rs. 1206. They have an unfair policy that if any data is still left at the end of the calendar month, that data will not be carried forward and would expire at the last day of the month.
Now, my issue is that there is absolutely no Internet from past 6 days, they aren't taking any measures to rectify the issue, they only give false assurance and my remaining data of 26.59 gb gets wasted by today 11.59 pm if my internet connection isn't restored by today.
Please suggest me what action can I take against them to resolve my issue. I had even warned them that if my issue isn't resolved at the earliest then I'd go to the consumer forum but still they are not responding.
