Retailer gives yellow packet of milk at Rs 20 i.e. 2 rs more from MRP and says I will not return 2 Rs because I need to give my electricity bill.

    Hi,
    I had purchased a wonderchef blue velvet set from wonderchef.in in Dec 2017. The coating of the frying pan came out within six months whereas the warranty is for 2 yrs. So, applied for a replacement and recd a msg to provide them with the invoice.So, the recd email invoice was sent on care@wonderchef.in and uploaded screenshots of the invoice and the product image via tweets to wonderchef.
    I have regd a complaint on jagograhakjago ie1017562

    I have not recd any response from their csr team regarding my replacement request even after umpteen tweets sent to @wonderchef.
    Zero professionalism and customer care from wonderchef.
