Irresponsible behaviour of Flipkart, harassing behaviour of Ekart logistics

Had ordered a light blue jeans online from Flipkart vide order No. OD224499002358758000, dated 24.03.2022 (Seller R K enterprises, B 23, Sainik Nagar, Uttam Nagar, near Nawada Metro Station, New Delhi, 110059), however, was supplied a black colour jeans.

Had raised the issue of wrong colour jeans supplied and accordingly received messages for return pickup four times (Return IDs 12202454209764032468, 12102458897585345240, 12102463171875875456 and 12102472004938956642) and all the time the pickup was cancelled by the courier service (Ekart logistics) citing that customer decided to keep the product.

The product was neither picked up nor refund made.

They have harrassed me like anything.

They must refund (498) for the product and 50 thousand as compensation.
