Extra Emi paid to hdfc bank, I have financed my car from CHIRKUNDA branch

Hi team,
I am Pranesh Agarwal, savings account holder in your bank (Acc. No. - 50100161376769). I have financed my car from CHIRKUNDA branch of your bank (Loan no. - 53541756). But they have included GPS service (₹20500) in that loan without my consent and when I declined to use that product, they are neither decreasing EMI nor reducing principle amount from my loan nor refunding that extra amount (₹20500) and I have to pay interest and EMI for that extra amount also since FEB 2018.
Here's the whole story -
We have applied for car loan in CHIRKUNDA branch (Dist: Dhanbad) of HDFC BANK on around 11 nov 2017. We met branch manager of chirkunda branch (Mr. Rajiv ) and asked for car loan details. He introduced us to Mr. Mahendra, car loan executive from dhanbad. We asked him to provide us loan of ₹500000 for 3 years. Mr. Mahendra brought a scheme to us to install "GPS Service" in our car. We told him "Ok, provide us the details. Then we will see to it if it is beneficial to us. And then we will confirm if we want this scheme or not." So as loan process continued, on the day of financing our car that I.e. 28th dec 2018, we got to know that the amount financed to us is ₹508500 for the period of 5 years. Now only ₹485921 has been disbursed for car and rest of the amount includes loan processing fee (around ₹2000) and GPS service (₹20500). Please note here that we have not provided any written consent to use that GPS scheme but loan executive has deliberately put that scheme under our loan amount so that we get trapped and use that service. Also we don't asked to include service charge under loan amount. We asked loan executive to remove that amount of GPS from the loan and provide us the details for it first then we will think if we should go forward with this scheme or not (please note that till that day I haven't received any mail or product details for that GPS scheme, still loan executive has put that amount under loan). Also we told him that if we would use that scheme we don't want that amount under loan. But he dint listened to us a bit and started yelling at phone. He dint provided any assistance to us although we called him several times to support us in this issue. He told "I can't do anything you have to take that GPS service as it has already been included in your loan amount and I can't remove it now." We felt cheated and we went to branch manager (Mr. Rajiv). He told nothing can be done now, we have to wait till minimum 6 months then only you can get refund of that extra ₹20500. So I paid EMI for all 6 months which included interest calculated for 5 years instead of 3 years and which included interest for extra ₹20500 for that product which I never bought nor provided any consent to buy it.
After 6 months, we went to the branch and met Mr. Rajiv and asked to handle this issue as he told that after 6 months we will help you out. After spending 1 month over this by passing time and neglecting our concern, he told us that we can't do anything regarding this issue.
So, I would like to know, what message HDFC BANK is sending out with this type of activities from its executives and Branch Manager. Also, please do let me know if I would get any help or support from you.
