Unable to cancel EMI and refund 12000

Hi,

I had ordered Realme Narzo worth Rs. 12000 on 4th Nov. 2020. I had chosen the mode of payment as Debit Card EMI (No Cost). So, the principal amount was Rs. 11523 and after interest and other charges it would be Rs. 12000 as per the No Cost EMI. Then, I cancelled it later on 9th Nov. 2020 as the delivery date was very late i.e. 19th Nov.2020.

But, now my EMI is not getting cancelled. Axis Bank says that EMI can't be cancelled from their end and flipkart will cancel it, while Flipkart says that EMI can only be cancelled from Bank's end. According to the Axis Bank I have to pay Rs. 12000 and it will be deducted automatically every month from your account.

I had done so many follow ups with the Flipkart and the Bank over mail, chat and several calls. I have now got the depression and unable to focus on my official work and meetings. Both these organisations has done a lot of mental harrassment and my mental state has been disturbed.
It's been more than 20 days now that they have really disturbed me and my diwali festival also went in such a despair this year i.e. 2020.

I want to take a strict legal action against both these.
