I ordered a mobile phone through amazon.in with order no.-402-6033838-1816367,they promised to deliver my product on 19th but today is 22nd & they don't even have any information about my order,they always make false commitment that I'll get my product by today,tomorrow they are just playing game.Now they are saying if I wont get my product by today then they will initiate my refund,I made this transaction by credit card,my question is that who will beer processing fee & Fin charges as it was ordered on EMI. I'm really tired by taking followups but this is such n irresponsible company they don't care about their consumer
