Hi Team,

I'm very disappointed the kind of service i have received till this time,it's not upto the commitment which had done to me.
i just wanted to know how much time you would take to provide me a courtesy handset.

because my work is getting hampered to resists this i had purchased the insurance but now i think i had selected wrong policy company.

i hope you will expedite my request from now onwards .

On 14/06/2016 While I was checking emails on my mobile Somehow it's got slept from hand fall down on floor Due to that touch screen got damaged now it's not working at all.
On the same date I have raised claimed , from 14/06/2016 till today I haven't received Temporary courtesy handset & my device.

I talked to customer care many times,emails & even though to the first escalation point as well but no satisfied response.

Now I have talked to Jago Grahak Jago with reference no # 705011 if didn't get the satisfied result then I will take legal action against one assist.
