Quality issue of sandals purchased in Sree Veerabhadra Corporate Solutions

I have purchased a pair of sandals of 3-4 years old in Sree Veerabhadra Corporate Solutions yesterday evening. I have noticed that the sandals which i bought for my daughter got damaged. I went to the shop around 12 pm to 2pm today. I tried to explain the quality issue in sandals to the staff available in the shop. I felt that the sandals are dangerous to kids to use as the kids foot may get damaged. But the shop people blamed my daughter that she would have damaged it but the quality of sandals are good. I tried to explain the quality of the sandal by throwing the sandal on the ground . The sandal got damaged and I asked them to take my complaint or let me speak to the manager of the shop. But they didnt receive my review or complaint or gave the manager contacts. I payed the bill for the second pair of sandals and returned back home and started to think how to understand the quality of sandal without using it but only by seeing in the shop. The shop owner called me twice and started to shout at me and threaten me that I have showed the sandal to the staff and tried to beat them .The video is recorded in the shops camera. I have showed the damage on the sandal to all the staff. So I need to raise complaint and justice in questioning and explaining the quality issue of a sandals for kids usage.
