Hi,
This mail is in reference of a first time purchase from the home center lifestyle, this was a pathetic experience, order placed on 1st still not been fulfilled yet
1. No one confirmed that this order will come in bits and pieces, sofa got believed on 8th and table on 22nd
2. Sofa's installation has been done in a day
3. Issues here is i have following up with the carpenter and the customer service, both are so irresponsible, post fixing the time, they are unable to fix the table, the product is lying in the middle of my drawing room, and it can lead to an accident, its so heavy
just had a word with a representative who called me to tell, that the carpenter will come to fix in the next 1 or 2 hours and so, however the time was fixed for 12 PM today and its not acceptable
