Electricity Not Coming complaint no raised through call centre

Respected Sir or Madam,


This is Sumeet Gupta S/o Shri Satish Kumar from Delhi(Consumer no. 103182838). This is to inform you that there is no electricity in our house from last 12hrs. We have raised several complaint in Desu office & also in call center but no one came to investigate they are just giving us false commitment & this is nothing but Desu staff misbehaved with my dad which is not at all acceptable..


Please note down my complaint no raised through call centre 6557, 8217 & also through Desu Office 43286..
