Paid the Fees for SBI KIOSK but not delivered from last 1 year from mahagram

Dear Sir,
My name is Sandeep Sahadev Nilatkar, I became Mahagram Agent AG006244 on 5/ Dec/2017 created by Mr. Rohan Jadhav the Mahagram MIS Executive , I paid fees for the there Egram Dashboard (agent.egram.org) and for the SBI kiosk banking facility upto Rs.20000/- by Payumoney Portal they told me to give me a SBI kiosk banking (Grahak Seva Kendra) but I am still waiting for the same... When I ask them no one reply and I mail to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] they not reply properly... thay said

but whenever I call this man he never reply..
My request to these peoples to return my money back because they have not given me there facility of SBI kiosk banking...
and because of this type of behavior I am mentally depressed they Fraudly waste my money and time both...
plz refund my money to egram wallet or to my bank account...
