Harassment regarding booking and payment, Namaskar Lodge, PP road, Rehabari, Guwahati, Assam 781008

We wanted to book rooms at Namaskar Lodge, PP road, Rehabari, Guwahati, Assam 781008 for 20 guests in Jan'18, for which we approached them in Nov'17 for booking and advance payment. The booking we wanted to do with them, was from 9 AM, 23rd Jan'18 to 9 PM, 24th Jan'18. So, ideally it should be for 2 nights that we had to pay. But the Lodge confirmed that we have to pay for 3 nights. The amount confirmed at that time was 6000 INR per night, so they gave us an amount of 18000 INR for 3 nights. We were ok with the same, as we shall be travelling form outstation and we had heard good about the Lodge. We wanted to do a token booking with them, through an advance payment, but they refused and said they can't take any advance or confirm any booking before end of Dec'17. So, we again approached them in the mid of Dec'17 for advance payment and booking. This time they just bluntly and abruptly said we have to pay for 4 nights and the tariff now shall be 8000 INR per night, so a total of 30,000 INR is what we need to pay and 50% of that as advance. We tried to convince them that in place of 2 nights, how are they charging us for 4 nights and that too at a higher rate. These rates are only including of lodging and no other facilities are provided into it. we had to go through a lot of anxiety and stress as we are located outstation. The owner and the staff were very unprofessional and spoke to us in a very bad and inappropriate way. Luckily we have managed to get another hotel and they are charging us only for 2 nights and the total amount including food is coming to 20,000 INR.

I really want to complaint against this Namaskar Lodge, PP road, Rehabari, Guwahati, Assam 781008 and its owner (mobile no 9706066641) for the harassment and stress it has caused to me and my family.
