Can't access Ditto Tv updated app.. Invalid mobile number and password

4th August'16 Ditto Tv pop me to update the software... I have done as well but after updating my software I couldn't access my ditto tv.... While playing any channel fraction of second it was getting crash...
Also, day after updating my software now I can't even log in.... Neither from my iPad nor any other devices.
Showing of invalid contact number or password....
Since Friday trying to reach ditto tv customers services by email, complained box as well as customer care number but no further respond from there end...
Very frustrating and annoying service....
