Again vodafone cheating its customers (9820415661) (urgent)

Corporate customer of vodafone and i really feel cheated to use this service. Please find the snapshot of the current bill for July 16.

1. Rs. 440 is charged for Call+Current Data Plan+ 3GB data plan used for 4-5 on pro-rata basis. When asked the customer support wave off the last data plan, she bluntly replied "No". I asked this since i had put down the request on 1st of July when my last bill was generated and it took Vodafone 3 days to change my plan. In this case why do i pay for the time taken by vodafone change my plan.


2. National Roaming charges of Rs 95, i have applied for "Rome like home plan" and had specifically asked vodafone if i would be charged for Roming, now it seems that vodafone is still charging my roaming charges. When asked vodafone if they are still charging me. They said no it a bifurcation in the bill.

I feel really cheated everytime i see the bill, have been a loyal customer since 15 yr.

I request you to please look into the same on urgent basis. This would have been similar issue with other customer, but they might have not come out in open.
