Bad behaviour by bus conductor (AR01T4545)

I am writing to bring a recent incident to your attention that has left me deeply concerned and dissatisfied with the services provided by your company. The occurrence in question transpired during my travel on Bus (AR01T4545) on 11th August 2023.
It is my belief that passengers should be treated with respect and professionalism by your employees, who represent your company's image and values. Unfortunately, the behavior displayed by a certain bus conductor on the aforementioned date did not align with these expectations.
The conductor's actions included the use of inappropriate language and aggressive conduct towards me and my family members. Such conduct is not only damaging to your company's reputation but also jeopardizes the safety and comfort of the passengers who rely on your services. I have traveled in go tour travel many times but have never come across such behaviour.
I kindly request that you address this matter promptly by taking appropriate measures against the bus conductor involved. It is imperative that you take a firm stance against such conduct and demonstrate your commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable travel experience for all passengers.
I anticipate a timely response outlining the steps you intend to take to address this issue and prevent its recurrence. Failing to provide a satisfactory resolution may compel me to escalate this matter through formal channels, engaging relevant authorities and consumer protection entities.
