Dear Sir,
I have taken the Insurance Police No 263103/48/2018/944 from the above said company, for hotel related items like furniture,TVS,,utensils etc. amounting to RS. 1200,000.00 (twelve lac only) for the period 10.03.2018 to midnight 09.03.2019 through union bank of India solan branch . Sir, in the month of August 13,2018 rain flood washed away all the hotel/restaurant articles. I immediately inform the bank . But no claim was settled .
I started renovate my restaurant but again on September 24, 2018 again I lost all my articles . I again report to my bank but till now nothing has been done in favour of me. I request your honour to Please direct the said insurance company to pay me two time 100 % loss.
I shall be thankful and obliged.
