Dear Lenovo Smartphone care,
Have purchased a Lenovo P780,smartphone wid IMEI no. 863802025484796. Its under warranty. Yet, thhe phone had problems after the very second month of purchase. It had problems detecting the mobile operator signals. Now it has problem with the speaker. No audio output. On contacting the customer care centre at Shivajinagar, Pune, the reply was the phone of model P780 was of faulty design , and has been discontinued.Spare parts difficult to get !!!!!
Will the higher authorities @ Lenovo take notice of this.?
If the model P780 was faulty, why cant the company call back the sold pieces and get them repaired or replace the faulty part?
This can happen only in India. Leaving the customers to pay for the company's mistakes.
