JBL india Company not responding to emails and calls

Sir..i have purchased jbl Bluetooth earphone on 25/10/2018 and now I am having problem in charging the device. When i put it on charging..it only charges upto 30%, not further that. And when after 30% charge i connect it with my phone..it discharges immediately.
I had send this query on their website but no response from them. I mailed them and try to call no. Of times to their customer support but neither they replied to my emails nor they are receiving calls.
Please help me to replace my earphone or atleast ask jbl team to support/respond.
