PVR Cinema Ujjain to watch movie they denied me entry with my weapon

Im police inspector having govt. provided weapon and posted in security of a union cabinet minister. When reached PVR Cinema Ujjain to watch movie they denied me entry because I had my weapon and they asked me to deposite it to the counter which is against our force rule and dangerous for the security of self and people.
I shown them my ID and authority to keep a weapon yet they were refuse me entry. I bought a ticket for which I was denied refund also. Kindly assist me to file complain to consumer forum.
