I book 5 tickets through SPR Cinecastle in salem, 1 april 2024. I paid rs190 per ticket. They ask me to pay extra rs30 for 3D glasses per person, i totally paid 3D glasses 150 rupees. While they giving the ticket there is mention totally 30 rupees for 3D glasses usage fee, they give me separate receipts for 150 rupees that mention just addtional charges. While collecting the 3D glasses they take back that receipt. Main problem we already paid for glasses, thats glasses already used not even properly cleaned. I think that glasses used by so many people,is too many finger prints on glass and is not health not safety. Its more possible for eye infection different people using the same glass. Finally, end of the cineme we need return back the glass to theater staffs, i didt bring with me left on seat. Staffs ask me to get back the glass, i just ignore it they are very rude with me and start arguing. Its not right, we already extra paid movie ticket includes glass. Even paid they provide used glass and they get back still going to reuse not proper cleaning manner.
