I have purchased a true value car on 9th January 2017. At the time of purchasing they told me comete all the required documents within one month as car was true value certified. Unfortunately i met with an accident on 24th April 2017. I told them ( shubh motors coz ownership transfer was not done by them). After that i was keep running but got nothing in hand later on 30th May insuran e was lapsed and i did not get any claim. Now they have transferred ownership but car insurance paper is fake as it has different colour from RC. And also in RC it showing that car is financer through Mahindra finance but i have not financed my car. Please i want justice in this case.
