Delay in providing services while vehicle given for service/repair/Others

I want to register a complaint against Mangalam Hyundai Dealership, Raipur (C.G). I want to bring to your notice that I gave my Creta car for service 1 week. When I went there to take delivery of my car. I was shocked to see my cas was completely broken down and in very bad shape. It was in accidental condition and major damages were clearly seen. Refer attached pictures. One of their staff took it out and did accident with my car and ran away. I seek a replacement of the car as my car was in new condition when I gave it for service at Mangalam Hyundai.I asked for the resolution of this problem from dealership but they are not providing any assistance and delaying the matter.It is more than 2 weeks now. My Car Registration No is CG 04 LL 1322. Request assistance and help from consumer court to save my interests as consumer and help me recover my loss.
