Independent cable tv unable to resolve problem

hello sir, I am a customer of INDEPENDENT TV from Dharwad-( Kanatak-580007).. few days back we installed a this set up box for 1 Yr subscription of Rs. 3600/- from the local dealer (name: Vinay-8310128288).. we using the service since 3-4 months, but starting it was good but now the service is very bad, some channels have gone blank that (it shows"contact customer care-1800-200-9001") although we contacted that toll free no. but no use..still we facing very bad service and most of kannada channels not running properly( like : TV5, Uday packages all- Uday movies, Uday comedy, Uday etc..some channels have no sound) we r really fed up with the bad service.. few days back one of their technician came to home and repaired but he charged Rs.200 for only 2mins service, before buying the service ur dealer says that v have 1 yr free service.. then Why he charged us? is this the service they providing to customers? really we r really fed up.. i want all the channels to be run clearly n displaying..otherwise we want out money back
