I'm an existing DEN customer with SD services and want to swap it to HD services. I contacted local DEN provider and was informed that it would be 4800 rupees for the box with additional price for HD Channels hence I called DEN services and came to know that new HD box would be 3500 with one year HD channels free. I was promised that someone will call and get me new connection in 72 hours but no one came. I have called DEN cable CS multiple times but every time they say that they will contact in 72 hours. This is the worst and pathetic service provider I have ever come across. Unprofessional and cheats are the actual definitions for DEN. I'm willing to even approach consumer court to penalize DEN on denial on services for existing customer. There is still no action from DEN as complaint is already registered with them 10 days back.
