Dear Sir,
We have sent a consignment containing a tender document to be submitted at Odisha Mineral Corporation at Bhubaneswar. The consignment was handed over to Overnite Express on 24th June, 2016 and they have repeatedly assured that the document will latest be delivered by 27th June, 2016. Last date of the submission was yesterday at 3 pm and the client have waited for us till 5 pm, yet the tender was not delivered.
The consignment tracking number was 5088354482.
We have followed up with their concerned persons several times and the fellow named Pathak (contact number 08336974760) has confirmed that the matter was delivered in the designated address within the stipulated time-frame. They have even confirmed that through email and sms (the snapshots and necessary proofs are attached herewith).
But, the real matter is the consignment is NOT DELIVERED yet and the same fellow has informed few minutes back that the delivery boy has just went out to deliver the parcel (though their tracking portal has given the ‘out for delivery’ update on Monday). They have even showed the matter is ‘Delivered’.
This is a clear case of False and Intentional Faking of the fact. Because of their irresponsible nature and bluffing we have lost the chance to get an order of about 2 crores INR.
Their topmost officials should have an explanation and compensate us with the substantial demurrage. We should also take legal actions against them for faking and intentional falsification of the fact.
Please take urgent and all necessary actions against this unreliable, unprofessional and fraud organisation called overnite express and should claim a demurrage equivalent to the tender amount.
