We wish to Lodge a Formal Complaint via this Letter against website known as www.printvenue.com and with known Company names and addresses as Under:

As per attached picture, we bought a Ladies Wallet item online on their Website www.printvenue.com and received an Invoice of Rs. 1099/- . Item was delivered to us at our residential address on June 24, 2016.
The MRP for the product is Rs. 995/- that we received. Invoice Value from Printvenue is Rs. 1099/-
Printvenue.com via its associated companies have cheated us as a Consumer by levying Rs. 1099/- for an item with Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of Rs. 995/-
This is a scam as www.printvenue.com has been cheating customers by:
• Overcharging on their products against the MRP amount
• Levying of excessive Taxes and same tax amount collected from us
• Save Excise duty by undervaluing the product on MRP Sticker to Rs. 999/- and charging customers Rs. 1099/-
We've written several emails to the company email id as well spoken few times to the Customer care number but they don't seem to be bothered to either send us product with right MRP as per Invoice or refund of our full amount. Attached herewith is an email response from their team claiming that the product is right with right amount charged and they wont listen to our complaints. As per their mail they sent back on our complaints the item supplied is correct and no refund or return is possible. Then they have the Guts to charge Rs. 1099 on Invoice with no fear of Law.
We seek your help to intervene and get us justice as consumers, as well as stop this practice of cheating consumers and the government.
