No network ,unable to data use and call trip, Network and data issue

Sir,
I have ported into bsnl by 15may and my mobile no is 9887935958 and my residents is in makkasar which is nearly 5km from distt headquarter.
Sir after activation my sim there is constantly network issue presist in my area,that's why an unable to call whereas I cannot use my data and facing severe problm of call trip.
By these things m not only loosing my money(where as they guarantee for providing hessal free service so they charge service tax) but also m mentally harnessed. I have so many time book my complaints at there toll free no 1503 but booked my complaints and after few days they showing a msg of complaints resolving in fact problm remains same.
So here by request you to plz assure me to provide a hessle free service else they compensat me.
