My online payment was deducted and the transection failed still not refunded this is to inform you that I have booked a ticket on the GSRTC application from Surat to Jetpur on 17th April 2022 at 4:13 pm in UPI through paying it. The amount is deducted from my account and the e-ticket is not generated and does not respond on the app side after paying rupees and the transaction failed.
I have many times complained to customer care but not pick up my call and after I have sent mail but didn't get me mail response. I have already passed out 22 days back but have not credited deducted amount in my account.
