We booked a hotel via makemytrip app, in Baner,Pune.
The location shown in the app was what we booked for. But the booking was mademto another hotel in some other area of Pune, 45 kms away from the location we wanted to stay at.
We reached at 3:30 am there. And found out that wrong hotel was booked. We called helpline but they kept saying we must go to that far away hotel. They didn't help cancel the request and book another hotel. They didn't accept that their app showed one location and the hotel was booked at another. They have denied processing our refund,we didn't even stay at that hotel and booked another one on our own at 4 a.m.
