Dear Sir / Madam,

I the undersigned has taken home loan from IDBI Virar branch. My home loan detais are as under.
1. Mortgage Loan Account Number :- 0228675100002905.
2. Customer Identification No. :- 77681437
3. Loan Amount :- Rs.1224000/-
4. Flat Location :- Lenyadri Chsl, Flat No.402, 4th Floor, Pandurang Anat Nagar, Phulpada Road, Thane, Maharashtra - 401305, Virar East.

Kindly refer below mentioned points & we request you to please help us in getting proper response.
1. Undersigned has requested to transfer Home Laon on back to back basis, same was done on 31.03.16. Same day on whats up received a copy of Foreclosure letter from Mr. Samrat (Coordinator) stating I will be getting Rs.180117/-.
2. Surprisingly after a day, after our discussion with Mr. Samrat this (Rs.1,80,117/-) amount was reduced by Rs. 50000/-. As per Mr. Samrat this amount has been deducted towards Policy issued by IDBI during home loan.
3. We had a detailed discussion with IDBI customer care guy (Policy) & he has conveyed we are not following this type of things ie. deduction of full amount of Policy. Recording of the same is there with us.
4. We have also visited IDBI Virar Branch & met Mr. Sameer Kuldkar he has shared all the information in good manner but when we requested for written document & letter of foreclosure he has no answer with him straight away he said we are not giving any documentary evidence for foreclosure of loan.
5. Till date i am confused & not sure how much & when i will be in a position to get my money. Today morning also had a discussion with Mr. Sameer but once again surprisingly he conveyed you can get all the details from Mr. Samrat (we suppose that Mr. Samrat is not on pay roll of IDBI)
6. When we have visited to Virar branch we also met Mr. Pandey who is taking care of Policy matters. Approach & response level of Mr. Pandey was very bad. He gave ans like you contact toll free no. they will able to guide regarding policy issues, we are not having all the details with us.

This branch personnel’s are sure about deduction of Rs. 50000/- towards policy but they don’t have proper justification or any written document which will prove that this deduction is justifiable. They are not following after sales service kind of things.

They are not giving proper service, response level is very poor & not providing written documents to consumer.
