On 24th Dec' 2021, around 11: 50 am, when I went to PNB ATM, @ Station Road, Katni, to withdraw money, I received only Rs.3500/- against Rs.5000/- transaction.
The machine got disabled after that and message displayed " Temporary Out of Service".
Immediately I approached the attached PNB Bank Branch Manager and filed written complaint and received acknowledgement. Bank Manager asked me register a complaint with Customer Care which I diligently did.
Complaint No. 1036767920, Dtd. 25th Dec'2021. Being a genuine complaint and footage for it will be there with the Bank, I need justice for it and need my due money back with the compensation for the mental harassment caused due to it. My complaint with the customer care was rejected even being a Technical error of the ATM machine.
