I Punit Kumar Tiwari S/o Shri Vinod Kumar Tiwari account no. (4131000100439604) having Saving Salaries Account in Punjab National Bank.
Friday 08/09/2017 approx 20:07, I received a massage in my registered mob. No. that my account has been debited amount Rs.4891.00. neither I have not done any transaction nor I had not shared my account privacy to anyone and never received any such calls of account details.
Many more time i have been went to PNB Branch and online complain in cyber cell Punjab National Bank regarding, he investigate this matter and find cyber criminal but he can not taken any action.bank person told me go to police station but police officer told me this complain register by PNB because your PNB coustmer and matter investigate by Punjab national bank.
please help me sir,what are I do.
