Sir,
The official of Assam Gramin Vikash Bank, Japarajan Branch, Bokajan, Karbi Anglong, Assam forcibly issued a PNB Met Life Insurance Policy No. 24530733 of Rs. 25,000.00 by debiting my husband’s Bank account. That time they neither told about any health check up nor asked my husband about their diseases, the bank official fill the insurance form himself. But after the expiry of my husband on 04-06-2023. I as a nominee claim the insurance to the Bank but the said Bank and Insurance Co. does not pay me the death claim till now. They refunded the premium of Rs. 25,000/= saying that my husband was hide his health details while doing insurance. (Copy enclosed). Sir my question is that why the Bank and the Insurance Co. will not doing health check up before issuing the said policy???
