Nit refunding money get transferred mistakenly into my own deactivated credit card

I have one kotak bank credit card which i deactivated August last year.on December 20 last year. Mistakenly i transferred 5200 to my same deactivated card from my axis mobile bank app. I called several times at customer care. All the time they give mea number of some employee. I have around 10 numbers of people associated with kotak. But no one help me. It has been now more than 3 months
