Sir I am an exservicemen senior citizens PPO no s/ c/33957/81 vpo sondhad teh hodal Palwal harayana phone 9991428599 getting pension from SBI cppc chandni chowk Delhi corruption office and corrupted employees named Mr Rajesh Kumar Sharma mr Dinesh Kumar madan Mr Jain demand money from exservicemen on pension arrears orop arrears and medical allowance last twelve years medical allowance not paid orop arrears and pension arrears not paid medical allowance last twelve years not paid even Delhi High court ordered and defence ministry cgda order and pension office Allahabad order to pay pension arrears orop arrears and medical allowance if any pensioner do not pay demand money to them they own made Fraud documents and fraud account statement saying excess pension paid and then withdraw money from exservicemen pension account and deduction from pension account now withdraw money from my pension account and deduction from pension account RS 5000 pm from2006 janwhen SBI cppc chandni chowk Delhi working function in2009 but fraud documents from2006 when Delhi High court ordered own made Fraud documents and fraud account statement and Defence Ministery cgda order and pension office Allahabad order SBI cppc chandni chowk Delhi fraud documents and fraud account statement which does not telly with bank account statement after that Delhi High court asked about recovery said RBI order and defence ministry cgda order and when Defence Ministery cgda asked about recovery said Delhi High court ordered and RBI order when pension office Allahabad asked about recovery said all arrears pension arrears orop arrears paid and send letter to pensioners excess pension paid orop arrears adjusted in excess pension paid fraud documents own made Fraud account statement three different amounts and three different date and Delhi High court ordered no withdraw from pension account and deduction from pension account without permission of pensioner but withdraw from pension account and deduction from pension account continue I am admitted in hospital niyati Mathura ICUWard last two years due to heart attack army hospital so far from my home and due to heart attack losses rs six crores property sale due to heart attack and my son suffering from cancer also harsehment contempt of court ordered and defence ministry cgda order and pension office Allahabad order SBI cppc chandni chowk Delhi does not work without money revised pension arrears fromjan2006@5125 sc order pension office Allahabad order date7/8/2018 and SBI cppc chandni chowk Delhi letter dated 9/11/2018 will pay along with next pension now incharge pension defence incharge said no such letter received sir due three corrupted employees named Mr Rajesh Kumar Sharma mr Dinesh Kumar madan Mr Jain did not withdraw money from my account and deduction and pay orop arrears and pension arrears and medical allowance does not need to sale my property due to SBI cppc chandni chowk Delhi harassment contempt of court ordered and defence ministry cgda order and pension office Allahabad order losses rs six crores property sale for treatment
