Complaint Regarding Amount Rs 4000

Dear Sir,
I have a saving bank account No 10350100014702 in your bank with Etah Branch of Uttar Pradesh.
On dated 2 jan 2017, I used ATM Card on ATM of State Bank of india at Etah main Branch. Where the ATM Show that

services are unable. Thereafter I used ATM Card on ATM
of Bank of India at Kachari Road Etah. Where message received that your limit has been crossed show the amount can not

be withrawn but the bank debited Rupees 4000/-
from my account without taking money.
So We request you to credit the amount rupees 4000/- in my saving bank account No. 10350100014702 earliest as possible

because no amount has been received by me from any ATM on 2 Jan 2017.
