Axis bank freez my account withou informing me , where as my all vailed documents already submitted in bank account.
i wants to send money to My family but they are unable to withdraw money from ATM. my wife & my 3 year old daughter face too much problem. both were alnoe no one ready to hepl them, too much of mentel problem we arrange some moeny to my child school fees, rent, even for small small daily things my family compromise. we face too much problem. i called call center they are also not ready to write any complain. they put me hold no 1 hour. I talk to bhavani & komala they are not having any access to send me email But they check my account & all detail & without asking me hold my account. i ask to send me complain copy aslo they are not providing me. Complain no 35520881. this call take 1 hour 9 min. plz help me
