Changed operative Bank in loan account without my information or acknowledgement.

I got the personal loan from axis bank. The executive said sir can we open your axis bank saving account in our bank I said why he said sir this is Zero balance account you have got so many benefits in this then I said ok no problem that’s fine open for me. But don’t change the my link account as your Axis bank account. I want to only link my salary account (Yes Bank) with this personal loan account for easy deduction. After two month axis bank customer care called me and said your EMI is due the I said how is it possible I have enough amount for EMI deduction. He said u have Zero balance in your Axis bank saving account. Why u r deducting EMI from this Axis Bank account I already link my personal loan account with my salary account (Yes Bank). I said without my acknowledgement why your bank changed this. Last call which I have received call your customer care he said ‘ paisa rkhte nhi ho account me or bolte ho ku bounce kiya bounce charge to dena he pdega kuch bhi ho jjaye chahe ye increase ho rha h’
Your customer care behave like this with customer care fault is your bank and surf is customer what the service is this.
