With profound regard and humble submission this is to bring your kind notice to the following few lines for your information. intervention and ne cessary action please.
That sir, it is a matter of deep regret my amount Rs 10,000/- debited from my Account on dated 05.09.2023 ISOFCW/324814868501/05-09-2023 Time 14:42:38. I went to concerned Bank for details enquiry. Tre concerned authority of Bank told me that someone done fraudulent activities through Aadhar Card. I am now in great financial distress. No positive response come from KARNATAKA BANK LTD. In support of my evidence I am producing all relevant documents for your ready reference.
In this context, I would like to request your honour please look into the matter and take appropriate step so that I may not deprive of my legitimate demand. Please take remedial redress in tr.is grievances.
