Airtel Incorrect billing, subscribed for an international roaming package from Airtel for 149.

I had subscribed for an international roaming package from Airtel for 149. Please keep in mind that this rental pack does not provide you with any calling or texting benefits rather is to keep your phone operational overseas.

I had subscribed for this plan well aware of what is included and what is not in May for my number 7760559007. But for my bill, I have been charged for a random 498 package which has been initiated everyday i.e. along with my basic postpaid monthly package which is for 499 there is some random package that has been initiated without my CONSENT. I would like to mention here, that neither I subscribed for the said package nor I received any notification regarding the same. I have been charged for 10000 because of the wrong bill by Airtel. All my calling services have been blocked and despite various complaints and the customer care agreeing with their mistake ( wrong bill and wrong charges), I am being blackmailed to pay the bill. My phone number is linked to everything and I can't even port my number. This is utter harassment from Airtel. And I'm sure this is not the first time they have wrongly billed someone. I would request a strict action against Airtel.
