Regarding Pathetic Service and harrashment by customer care excutives

I am Airtel DTH subscriber(id 3025037904)
I raised a complaint (No 76990736)
on 1-july-2018 1.50 pm regarding disruption of the DTH service. so far there is no action taken by service provider.
I again called on 5th july, it was promised to be solved by EOD which did not happen.
I raised a fresh complaint (No 77194942) on 6th july, no action taken on that so far.

I again raised a fresh complaint ( No 1198923670) on 10th july and spoke to supervisor also, but no action taken.

So i felt really humiliated and angry after these many followups and wasting my time in calling customer care and technicians.
Apathy by service provider(Airtel DTH) has to be dealt strongly.

    I tried booking movie tickets on Bookmyshow app using AXIS bank UPI mode on 2nd August 2018. I tried twice and both the times money was debited but no ticket was booked. After this failed transaction i called both the customer care support but they just blamed each other. They are doing nothing and only asking me to raise a chargeback which i did but still no money has been received by me. It's been 40 days but i have not received my money back.
