Deducting Balance on International Roaming complaint to Airtel Customer service

I was using airtel for a long time. But from last year NOV-2016 i was in international roaming. Now airtel has been activated International roaming package of INR 99 on my number. As per conversation with customer care executive whenever the airtel mobile is in international roaming rental of INR 99 willl be charged. I have rechrged this number so many times from last year.
