Hii last two weeks back I was transfering money(6000) from Paytm that was wrongly recharged to airtel number to a another person , I called him tell my situation he said he doesn't have money and reback the recharge money .I called airtel customer care they said they have no power to reback this amount but they told that Paytm have Power reback that .After I complained to paytm they told that network operator have power to reback that recharge amount.Both are telling that they have power to reback that amount and wasting my time unless they did not solving my problem.please help me someone
