washing machine repair not done by company

Hi..sir me paid rs 7000/- for repairing of whirlpool washing machine but stilk my machine not working and problem is same for which I called the engineer, engineer come and take 1950/- first time but machine work only 2/3 days and again same problem it wasstop working and then they again send engineer then they charge 3250/- and again after 2/3 days charged 1500/- but after that still same problem raised but now they refuse to come and refuse to repair the machine..
Plz sir try to catch these.. they are really thief type persons who not doing their duties and take money again and again .. even my machine only 3 years old.
