Delivered damage product, I have purchase full automated Samsung washing machine from Ajay Trading C

I have purchase full automated Samsung washing machine from Ajay Trading Co. 5/5 jacubpura, Near Girls Govt School, Gurgaon- 122001.

This washing machine does not have Serial number and Samsung can't repair it because of serial number is not present. When I complain to Ajay trading Co. Executive name Sachin and Gurpreet always told me to some time. I have purchase this machine on 1/1/2019 and on first day I face this issue.
