Repair of Washing Machine under warranty

Washing machine of Re connect brand purchased in February 2014 from Reliance digital,Crown Interioz, Main Mathura Road Faridabad-121003 under 4 year warranty is not in working condition since 4th october 2016.
Complaint done against complaint no.8006623950 on 5th of October 2016.
Technician visited on 7th October and diagnosed the need of replacement of Dryer Motor.
Uptill now nobody has come to replace that motor irrespective of regular followups on customer care and to the technician.
Customer care is replying that the new Motor is now in stock and will be replace very soon but technician is not replacing it. Facing lot of difficulty for past almost 6 weeks and not getting any solution.
My crucial time everyday wasting on this issue.
