Technicians not interested in repairing old machine only want to go ahead with renewal of AMC.

My washing machine is not working. It has been more than a month since your technician has repaired my machine . It was done in July and because he never gets my signature after completing his job i do not remember the date. You can very well check with your call center where all my complaints are registered. Since then every now and then it stops working and when ever i call the service center they the ticket is still open so they cannot take a new request. Hence no one visited since last visit in July.I again raised a complaint in the beginning of september , so very next day i get a call for my AMC renewal. I asked your callers my machine is not working so how will you do AMC .... they replied we will send a technician. So on 18.9.18 ,the same technician visited my place and every time he will say something or the other is broken and he has repaired. As always my machine just washed on !8.9.18 and again stopped working . He always comes with the motive of selling liquid detergent and as i only use IFB liquid i always have take it . Descaling of my machine is done every month hence descale powder is also in stock with me . But my machine is not in working condition for last 2 months . As my AMC is getting over on 30.9.18 people from your backend are more interested in getting the renewal done , leaving behind the fact wether the machine is working or not. I have never faced this kind of unprofessional approach from IFB. Kindly look into the matter and fix my machine Hope this reaches the concerned department.
