I had a salary account in YES Bank and due to a shift in my job the salary account became inactive.
They are continuously charging me a negative balance for non maintenance which is against the RBI statement which was released in TOI on 11th May 2016 even i have lost all the details of that bank and recently i lost my mobile phone too please help in closing this account this is my registered mobile to the bank 7093144391

    I had a salary account in YES Bank and I have not been using it since 2013.They are continuously charging me a negative balance for non maintenance which is against the RBI statement which was released in TOI on 11th May 2016. I went to bank on 02/01/2017 but bank officials deny to close it and told i have to pay minimum balance of Rs 6000 something otherwise they cannot close it and i will continuously receive those email of negative balance.

    First of all if i stopped using/operating that account in year 201,3 it should have been closed/inactivated from their end as i no longer using that account from a very long time,
    please help in closing this account this is my registered mobile to the bank 9654332782
