IN my numbr changed my plan 99 to 499 monthly rental in that i have been taught that i can make an unlimited calls in india for free and 3gb 4g/3g data plan. i agreed with this. now i make a call in roaming and for that my got charge of 862 rs. if the plan is for unlimited calls in india that how it will charged to me. and if it is not free in roaming than why the employee of vodafone store not tell proper infomation when i m asking about the plan details.

i went to mr mayur joshi, vodafone store manager kalawad road branch rajkot 360005. i told everything to him. and he started misbehaving with me that i should raise complain only in mail id of vodafone customer care and not to come that store.
