Vodafone mobile number which was closed three years was due for payment

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I father was using mobile number 7506935725 of Mumbai circle which was closed three years back.
However since last few weeks I was getting a call on mobile number 8976948549 from Authority of Vodafone saying that there is an outstanding payment of 835INR pending.
Now My complaints is this bill is not on my name as mobile number was closed and also if it due on my name why it was not informed well on time. Does it take three years to resolve an issue.
Now a days I was getting threatened by regular calls from Vodafone saying that we will park your services.
Today in afternoon my calling facility(on mobile number 8976948549) is blocked.
Request you to look into this matter at the earliest.
